Did you ever want to be the bank? Here’s your chance! Through Wisco, you can put your money to work the same way the bank does. Invest in short-term, high-yield loans secured by local real estate. The team at Wisco qualifies the borrower, underwrites the deal, and packages it to make your decision easy. You provide the money for the loan, and we do everything else.

To be clear, this is a passive investment for you. You don’t need to do any work other than providing capital. The opportunities we provide will generally involve a 3-9 month investment. You typically get paid on a monthly basis, and these deals oftentimes offer double-digit yields.

Many investors who have considered putting money into a 12-month CD see more value in the flexibility and yields offered by Wisco’s Private Lending Program.

Ownership terms and returns vary on every deal, but generally, taking part in syndications can be a great way to invest your capital if you want a great ROI and you’re willing to leave your capital invested for extended period of time. Terms can range for 3-10+ years on these types of investments, and are discussed up-front. Oftentimes you can get all of your capital back and still maintain an equity stake in the asset. These offerings can be a “Goldilocks” scenario for investors that want exposure to real estate but don’t have the capacity to own and manage a large project.

We believe that the responsible way to approach rental property ownership is to give Residents a great place to live for a price that the market supports. It is for this reason that we are heavy on maintenance staff. Put simply, the market treats owners with better yields when we build a great product and offer great service to Residents.

Advertising, screening, and managerial functions are important, but they are no replacement for providing a great living space and a prompt response to Residents when they have a need.
