When acquiring properties, we approach every investment through the lens of three core pillars: Find, Fund, and Operate.

We start by sourcing value-add opportunities with strong current performance or clear potential for improvement. To minimize risk, we focus exclusively on property types we know inside and out—leveraging our deep understanding of both the financials and day-to-day operations required to drive success. Our strategy centers on targeted renovations and operational enhancements that increase cash flow and long-term equity for our investors.

When supporting others in purchasing or managing properties, we apply the same hands-on experience and operational know-how. Our goal is to coach and guide active investors to make informed decisions and maximize the performance of their real estate.

GORDON STEBBINGS

Gordon is passionate about bringing real estate investment opportunities to everyone. Real estate is a great tool for becoming wealthy, so it shouldn't be a place that only the wealthy can play.

Since becoming a full-time real estate investor in 2007, he's made it a point to bring high-yield real estate investment opportunities to anyone who is interested in the asset class. During that time he bought, rehabbed and sold 100+ homes in 4 different states. Additionally, he originated 200+ private mortgages, and sponsored many multifamily syndications. Most of these hundreds of deals involved deploying investor capital, and there's never been a loss of principal. As a real estate salesperson and broker, Gordon has sold roughly 400 properties in Dane and surrounding counties.

As a property manager, Gordon previously managed hundreds of units in and around Madison, WI, and is co-owner of Renew Management. This intimate knowledge of the local market is invaluable.

Gordon lives in Windsor with his wife and three girls. In his free time, he can be found traveling around the midwest cooking on the Kansas City Barbeque Society competition circuit.

DARIN BESKE

Darin graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Project Management. After spending some time in the construction industry, Darin found his calling in multifamily real estate.

He was the analytical and business systems gusto behind a portfolio that grew to over 500 units in 18 months, and then 800+ units within a few years. His efforts added tremendous comfort to Residents in these value-add communities, while still providing for the planned ROI to owners and investors. Most notably, it all happened in the Madison, WI metro area.

Today, Darin is the driving force behind Renew Management. His varied background, relationships in the investing community, and local knowledge makes him a leader in the Madison multifamily world. His extremely competent oversight is one of the many reasons Wisco and Renew are ideal operator(s) to align yourself with if you're looking for third-party management or opportunities to invest.

TONY HUDZINSKI

At Wisco, we believe success means more when it’s shared. Whether it's giving our time, resources, or just showing up to support local causes, we're committed to making a positive impact in the places we live, work, and raise our families.

  • You’ll often find Tony out on the golf course—not just for fun, but to support local charity golf outings, including events for the DeForest Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations.

  • Gordon regularly puts his award-winning BBQ skills to good use, from cooking for the local Lions Club to serving up a thank-you meal for the hardworking teachers at his daughters’ school.

  • And when Wisco received the Good Neighbor Award from the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin, we didn’t think twice about donating the $2,500 prize to Blessings in a Backpack – DeForest Chapter, a nonprofit that helps feed kids in our community.

Whether it’s hosting monthly investor meetups, mentoring first-time buyers, or giving back through small, meaningful acts—we’re proud to be part of a community that shows up for each other.

Community isn’t just where we invest—it’s who we are.
