Our Investing Strategy
When purchasing properties ourselves, we think about our strategy across three pillars: find, fund, and operate. First, we must source value add projects that exhibit strong financial performance or potential for gains through value add. We minimize downside risk to our projects by only targeting specific types of properties where we deeply understand the financial and operational levers needed to make the project a success. We focus on physical renovations and operational improvements to ensure cash flow and equity upside for investors.
When helping others purchase or operate properties, we utilize the same experience in property management to help coach and guide active investors make the right choices.
